Description

This unique, CPD accredited course combines HACCP and Food Safety Level 2 training into a single qualification, distinct from other providers who offer these separately. We proudly deliver this accredited training to individuals involved in various capacities within the food industry, including technical and quality departments, and HACCP team members. It is particularly beneficial for individuals in associated industries like packaging, storage and distribution, as well as agents and brokers. This course also caters to owners and managers of smaller food enterprises, offering essential knowledge to develop HACCP studies and understand food safety fundamentals. While prior knowledge of food safety is beneficial, it is not required as the course covers all necessary topics.

Participants will complete 20 multiple-choice questions online, in an open-book format at the course's conclusion. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass, with levels of distinction defined at 80% for Merit and 90% for Distinction. Certificates of Achievement are issued via email within 48 hours of successful exam completion. Those not seeking formal qualification may opt for a Certificate of Attendance by notifying us in advance.
